Elements of the Configure Administrators Window

Configure Administrators: Left Pane

The left pane displays the Enterprise resource tree of administrators in an Enterprise:\

You can drill down to the various levels by clicking the plus to the left of a tree icon. Initially, the Enterprise is selected, as indicated by the selection check box.

If you click an administrator group icon or name, its edit dialog appears in a pane on the right side of the Configure Administrator window. If you click an administrator group icon or name, its edit dialog appears in a pane on the right side of the Configure Administrator window. If you click any other tree object, the assignable resources tree appears in a pane on the right side of the Configure Administrator window.

The right pane displays a assignable resource tree for selecting assignable resources and assignable privilege classes.\

Configure Administrators: Context Menus

You can access the Administrator Context menus by right-clicking an Enterprise icon or name or an administrator tree icon or name. Selections available on the context menus vary according to the states of the administrator and resources in the left pane. The Administrator context menu items are described in the topics that follow.
Configure Administrators: Menu Bar

In addition to the common menu options (see Common Menu Bar Options in the User’s Guide), the Configure Administrator window contains the Administrator menu.
To access an item in the Administrator menu, do one of the following:
- From the menu bar, select Administrator. Then select the desired item.
- Use the keyboard shortcut [Alt+A], use the up-arrow and down-arrow keys to select the desired menu item, then press [Enter].
