Configuring Windows Clusters

The following procedure is automatically performed by DPX. However, if you need to manually configure the cluster for your Enterprise, do the following from the management console:

  1. Open the Configure Enterprise window.
  2. Add a dedicated node group for the cluster. See Adding a Node Group.
  3. Add one of the physical nodes in the cluster to the node group. See Adding a Node. DPX scans the node. After scanning, the Unconfigured Cluster Nodes dialog box appears.
  4. Select all of the unconfigured nodes.
  5. Select the desired options.
  6. Click OK.

All of the nodes are added to the node group.
