Expiring a Cataloged Job Instance

To expire a job instance from the Catalog:

1. Do one of the following:

   • Right-click a selected job or icon to display a context menu. Then select Expire.
   • Select the job you want to remove and do one of the following:
     • From the menu bar, select Cataloged Job > Expire Cataloged Job Instance.
     • On the task panel, click Expire Cataloged Job Instance.

   A message box prompts you to confirm the expiration.

2. Click Yes in the confirmation box. The selected job instance is removed from the Catalog.

To delete multiple job instances from the Catalog:

1. Select jobs to expire. For details on selecting multiple jobs, see Selecting Resources in a Tree Structure.

2. Do one of the following:

   • From the menu bar, select Cataloged Job > Expire Cataloged Job Instance.
   • On the task panel, click Expire Cataloged Job Instance.

   A message box prompts you to confirm the expirations.

3. Click Yes in the confirmation box. The selected job instances are removed from the Catalog.
